What can't be moved the same way?
Shopify allows 3 options per product, customer passwords cannot be moved by anyone, and some query-string URLs (viewPrd.asp?…) may not be redirectable by Shopify itself. Each is listed for a decision before the build. Nobody can honestly promise you will keep your search positions.
